01 / Challenge
The task
Villa guests need a different kind of guide: highly practical, specific to one property and useful from arrival through checkout. It also needs to work for international groups and remain accessible when the local connection is unstable.
02 / Process
How I built it
- 01
I organised the guide around moments in the guest journey, from arrival and house information to shops, restaurants, transport and walks.
- 02
I reused the proven multilingual and offline foundations of the wider guide system, then adapted the content model to one property.
- 03
I added map-supported routes and small operational details, including requests and recurring house information, without making the interface feel administrative.
03 / Decisions
What matters
Property-specific structure
Every section answers a question a guest can have during the stay, avoiding generic destination filler.
Private but frictionless
The experience feels like a polished service touchpoint without requiring guests to learn a new system.
Reusable foundation
The architecture can support other properties while each guide preserves its own house content and identity.

05 / Result
Where it landed
The villa now has a coherent digital guest companion that combines operational clarity with useful local discovery in six languages.
